(Psalm 23:Part2)
The part of righteousness leads to heaven. And heaven is where Jesus called “my Father’s house”, where there are lot of mansions. Lord, who is the true Shepherd would lead us to that path of righteousness. However, without righteousness we cannot be justified to be at that mansion.

Whatever happens to us we should not give up hope or fear. Even though we “walk through the valley of the shadow of death” (Psalm 23:4) which is of pain, problems, sickness, failure, financial difficulty, difficulty in family/relationship or life tempest, we should not be afraid for it is the righteous path that will lead us to the brightest light, illuminate enough to see the face of God.

We as believers have a choice about how we will respond to life's tempests. Either we can cast blame while becoming resentful and bitter, or we can turn to the Lord

Returning believers to right fellowship is only one of God's purposes for a life storm. Some difficulties are meant to blow away all distractions so we can focus our attention on the Lord. Other tempests break our worldly mould so that we can be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. Our personal pleasure is not the top priority. God's primary concern is to shape a wise and obedient servant who loves Him.

When a storm rages into our life, the Lord is already planning how to turn destruction into good. Seek His objective, and work with Him to achieve it. The promise of Romans 8:28 is that we will reap gain from our losses.

The great shepherd has a great purpose for our lives as He uses His rod to guide us to the green pasture. He often invites and impresses us to call Satan’s bluff as He prepares a table before us in the presence of our enemies (Psalm 23:5). As long as we get ourselves into that path of righteousness and oil anointed from head to toe Satan cannot do us anything. In the presence of Satan and his agents the Lord will bless us, prosper us, exult us and glorify us. The blessings, prosperity, exultation and glorification will be in its fullness and overflowing.

Oil anointing is grace, it is exultation, it is glorification, it is recognition, and authority. Whoever is bestowed with oil anointing will have the grace of God, and power and authority to operate as a servant of God. That person will ask and shall receive. That person will seek and shall find. That person will knock and any door shall be open, because all keys are in the hand of God the creator of heaven and earth. The Lord will honour His promise concerning all good things He has promised us. But so must we. We have got to honour our side of the bargain and “dwell in the house of the Lord, forever”(Psalm 23:6b).

Remain Blessed this week
